General User Guidelines

• Digitally Signing and Sealing Documents
  Plans or other documents must be submitted in electronic format and must be signed and sealed electronically for review.

• This program allows the "Fee Owner" the option of using a private provider to conduct plan review and inspection duties in lieu of the municipal building department personnel.
