Warrants

The Teton County Sheriff's Office is responsible for entering any warrant issued in Teton County Circuit Court, Ninth District Court, or Federal Court into the local, state or national database. The Sheriff's Office is also responsible for attempting to apprehend all individuals in Teton County who have valid warrants issued for their arrest.

We have a list of active warrants. This list is updated regularly Monday through Friday. If you think you may have a warrant and do not see your name on this list, you may call the Communications Center at 307.733.2331.

Bring the bond amount posted to the Teton County Detention Center at 175 S Willow Street in Jackson. Acceptable forms of payment are cashier's check or cash. Credit cards and personal checks are not accepted. If no bond is listed you will be booked into the detention center and seen by a judge.

Do Not try to apprehend the individual. If you know the exact whereabouts of the party and feel that the person is a threat to the general public, you may dial 911. If you know where the person lives, works, or can be found call Teton County Communications Center at 307-733-2331. Please be prepared to provide a name and description of the individual to the communication technician or officer. You may also submit a CrimeStoppers tip by calling the CrimeStoppers line at 307-733-5148.

If you submit the tip through CrimeStoppers, you may be eligible to receive a monetary reward, up to $50, for tips leading to the arrest of a warrant subject.
